• This item ships via UPS and requires a signature upon delivery for rugs over $500. UPS will only attempt delivery once before returning the rug to the sender. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package on the estimated delivery date.
• We accept returns for our rugs within 30 days as long as the item(s) is/are in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
